Amanda Bateman, owner of The Music Garden, has been playing the harp since she was 11. Since her first lesson, she has developed a great passion for the instrument and loves to play a variety of music. She has experience in both solo and orchestra work and loves to share her gift with others. Amanda is the harpist of the Athens Master Chorale, where she enjoys blending the sounds of the harp with a full orchestra and chorale. Also an avid pianist, Amanda earned many prestigious awards in piano competitions during her high school years. Currently, she is working on her B.A. in music performance and her B.A. in English at University of North Georgia.
